I honestly don't know, I couldnt find any information on it so I made a guess that this one would be the first in Canada. At the least first one in Ontario?

James Marcaccio,
Ancaster, Ontario.

We need to make an offer in which the city won't have to pour money into the competition. The economy is bad now, and spending money on a new race may not be liked.
Therefore, we need to make sure that we can get some of these people posting to help build and design the course. What do you guys think?
