Yea, pretty much. The city is going to be doing a lot of picking and choosing to our rough plans. Oh, and flat corners all the way!

Nothing much other than another pro rider's word today. Does any body have any good ideas of companies who might be interested in/would want to sponsor the race, as that is what is lacking right now.?

Try specialized, trek, gary, transition, norco, giant.. cause they have alot of their bikes in the shops around here and try some of the newer companies like dob, blk mrkt. Heck even try kona.

Sram or Shimano, Norco (Local), Kona, Specialized, etc. Ask all the big companies, just include the fact that the city is actually authorizing the race and that it will actually happen.

Agreed. Most likely tire companies such as Kenda and Maxxis would probably be all over an event such as this.
