This bike is made for people with spinal cord injury or legs amputee, that is why is powered by hands Explorer II have double steering systems: regular handlebar and chest steering system. You can steer with your chest when you pedaling, so you can steer and pedal at the same time.

 It just goes to show that people will always adapt their favourite sports to what state they are in, whether it's Football or Downhill Mountain Biking! This is brilliant and to the person that designed this, I salute you, then all of the people that ride these should to, because without that 1 person, they wouldn't have had the chance to ride such a good machine, in doing their favourite sport!
