I don't think so . It's hard cro-mo steel. And my Goose have almost the same HA and it didn't failed in 2 years of riding.

 The goose was meant for that headangle though... I personally wouldn't put much over 100mm on mine

 Sure, maybe 180mm is much. In future my friend will search for new frame or new fork, so now it doesn't matter much.

I rode it with the tallest 66 in history(595mm) for 2 years and it didn't broke. Frame was 9 years old and made of aluminium.
