Makken and his new Trek Ticket ride for this season.

It's winter time and the off-season is almost coming to an end. Like every year, tons of riders from all over the world make the trip down to Barcelona, Spain to ride in warmer conditions. La Poma Bikepark is the perfect place for it.
It seems to be like the California for most of the European top riders and young guns.

Makken made all the way down from the snowy and cold Norway with his friend Adrian Tell to spend some weeks in the sunny Barcelona.

I catch up with him to talk about his custom bike build and snap some photos.

This is Makken's 2013 custom Trek Ticket.

"I've done so much on the entire frame, I've put a lil' bit of my own thing on this bike, basicly." -Makken

Makken is proud to be Norwegian as it shows on this Sweet Protection sticker. Notice that custom painted Rasta sprocket.

"I was riding a 831 FOX DJ fork before but I preferred to lower up a 36 one. Do you see the custom chrome dials?" -Makken.

"My bike has as much BMX parts as possible because they look better, they are cheaper and last longer." -Makken.

"I did the paintjob, which came out pretty good and I also removed some cable mounts of the frame to make it look simple." -Makken.

It was so windy that Makken couldn't throw down his big tricks on the big line. The boys were sessioning a new line which was built a few months ago on the bikepark. Good times.
